Our Process

We’ll assign you an engineer

After your job is booked on the system, EPG247 will assign the engineer. An ETA confirmation will be sent to you via text message or email.

We’ll assess the issue

The engineer will arrive to carry out an investigation. Once completed, and the corrective action is identified, our engineer will inform us of the next steps.

We’ll call you with a quote

We will then call you quoting a price to do the work. Once the price has been accepted by you and we have received your digital signature back via text or email, the engineer can commence the work.

Emergency Plumbing Services

After completion, payment will be taken

Upon completion a link will be sent to you for immediate payment, or a payment will be taken by card over the phone. We do not accept cash payments!

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a receipt of works. Work is guaranteed for 12 months so any return visit is free of charge on works carried out only.
