- You must pay all amounts due to EPG247 LIMITED at the time of the services being provided. EPG247 LIMITED reserves the right to request up front materials costs payable prior to commencing work. The call out fee is payable on the day of the engineers arrival prior to leaving the premises.
- EPG247 LIMITED reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue amounts.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation is only allowed prior to the engineer arriving onsite. Should you cancel whilst the engineer is in enroot, you will be charged a fee equal to the call out charge, payable immediately in order to cover the engineers costs.
- EPG247 LIMITED will refund any prepaid amounts within 30 days of cancellation, but in accordance with the clause above, not including materials already purchased by EPG247 LIMITED. Materials are non-refundable due to the EPG247 LIMITED Supplier contract clauses on non-refundable parts.
- EPG247 LIMITED reserves the right to charge an additional cancellation fee for any services that have been part provided in accordance with the clauses above that have not been paid to EPG247 LIMITED in full.
7. Liability
- EPG247 LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.
- EPG247 LIMITED will not be liable for any losses arising from the failure of the website or services to meet your expectations.
- EPG247 LIMITED will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of the services by anyone other than the person who paid for them. Any losses arising from fault by EPG247 LIMITED shall be subject to agreement, negotiation and EPG liability insurance protection policy terms.
